Want to find all the Tomb Locations in Assassin’s Creed Origins? Well, you have come to the right place! Here we will detail every Tomb Location in Assassin’s Creed Origins and how you can unlock the Legendary Isu Armor.

The Ancient Tombs are scattered throughout Egypt which can make looking for them feel like a needle in a haystack type of job. Especially when they’re not marked on the map as points of interest. However, this tomb location guide for Assassin’s Creed Origins will make finding these tombs easier than ever. Furthermore, this guide will also tell you how to unlock the Legendary Isu Armor too.

There are 4 very good reasons you should be looking for the Ancient Tombs in Assassin’s Creed Origins.

  • The Ancient Tablets – These are great for extra Ability Points, allowing you to fill up your skill trees that much quicker.
  • Carbon Crystals – As you upgrade your gear, you will have noticed each upgrade requires more resources. One of these being Carbon Crystals. The Ancient Tombs are excellent places to find this rare resource.
  • Silica – The Tomb Locations also provide Silica. You’ll need to gather as much of this as possible in order to unlock the Isu Armor.
  • Legendary Isu Armor – This one speaks for itself. It’s an awesome looking armor!

Siwa Tomb

Tomb Name: Mountain of the Dead

Objective: Find the Ancient Tablet

The first tomb you are likely to find is the Mountain of the Dead Tomb in Siwa. You can find this by travelling to the northwest of the region. You can also search this tomb by completing a nearby side-quest at the early stages of the game.

Black Desert Tombs

Tomb Name: Nomarch’s Tomb

Objective: Find the Ancient Tablet

This tomb can be found by entering a hole in the ground. Once inside, make your way around to the main room. Here you can find 3 Silica, a chest to loot and a small puzzle to solve. To solve this puzzle, raise the boats end and place the movable object underneath to reach the level above.

On the upper level remember to scan the area and smash your way into the rooms to find more chest, items and resources. The Ancient Tablet can also be found on the upper level in one of the end rooms.

Tomb Name: Seshem.eff Er Aat

Objective: Activate the Ancient Mechanism

To get access to this tomb you must first make your way through the above Nomarch’s Tomb.

The Ancient Mechanism for this tomb can be found underwater. Once you reach the bottom, scan the area to find Silica littered across the floor (roughly 6 or 7 pieces in total). Then activate the mechanism.

Isolated Desert Tombs

Tomb Name: Golden Tomb

Objective: Find the Ancient Tablet

For this tomb you will need to clear the mirrors of cobwebs in order to reflect the sunlight throughout the tomb halls. As you make your way through the hall make sure to check out each of the connected rooms to find more Silica. Furthermore, you may need to smash some objects to continue reflecting the beam of light throughout the hall.

Once you reach the end you will find the room containing the Ancient Tablet. Also, immediately to your left as you enter the room you can find 2 chests to loot. There is also more Silica, with the entrance to the next tomb beside it.

Tomb Name: Oun-mAa Niye Ressoot

Objective: Activate the Ancient Mechanism

The second tomb located in the Isolated Desert can only be accessed after first progressing through the Golden Tomb. As you make your way into the main chamber, give the area a quick scan for Silica laying around the area. Again, there should be roughly 7 pieces to pick up. Once done, head down to the mechanism and activate it.

Assassin's Creed Origins Tomb Locations

Tomb Name: Tomb of the Nomads

Objective: Find the Ancient Tablet

The Tomb of the Nomads can be located in the top left corner of the Isolated Desert. You can also find the Goat Fish Stone Circle in this area too.

Although a small tomb when compared to the others, you will be required to do a bit of swimming. While underwater, continue to scan the area for any Silica on the floor-bed of the tomb while making your way to the Ancient Tablet.

Haueris Nome Tombs

Tomb Name: Tomb of Amenemhat III 

Objective: Find the Ancient Tablet

The Tomb of Amenemhat III can be found near a local viewpoint in Haueris Nome. It’s also not too far from the town Krokodilopolis.

To access the tomb and reach the Ancient Tablet you will first need to unseal the door. To do this, search for the 2 wooden floor areas nearby and either burn them with your torch or smash you way down to the level beneath you. Once you have reached the lower ground floor, break the wall at the end of the corridor to release sand, unsealing the door.

As you make your way through to the next area be prepared, crocodiles await you. Kill them and then swim under the water to reach the Ancient Tablet room.

Tomb Name: Tomb of Smenkhkare

Objective: Find the Ancient Tablet

This tomb requires you to jump onto and raise various platforms in order to reach the upper level. It’s not terribly difficult to complete although it may take a couple of attempts to get it just right.

Once you reach the upper level you will be heading straight into the Ancient Tablet room. However, be prepared as bandits may be waiting for you inside the room as well. If this is the case, as was for me, defeat them and then scan the area to find various chest and resources along with the ancient tablet. It’s also worth mentioning the passage to the next tomb can be found in this room also.

Tomb Name: Eeyoo Sekedoo Aat

Objective: Activate the Ancient Mechanism

You can only access this tomb after first progressing your way through the connected Tomb of Smenkhkare. When inside, scan the area for Silica spread throughout the area and then activate the mechanism.

Saqqara Nome Tombs

Tomb Name: Tomb of Djoser 

Objective: Find the Ancient Tablet

The Tomb of Djoser is located beneath the Pyramid which is also the location of the viewpoint. For this tomb you will be smashing your way through various breakable walls, which will eventually lead you to the tombs Ancient Tablet. It’s a fairly simple tomb to navigate.

Tomb Name: Tomb of Sneferu

Objective: Find the Ancient Tablet

The second and final tomb of Saqqara Nome is the Tomb of Sneferu.

This tomb is slightly trickier to navigate than the previous one as you will be messing around with platforms and counter-weights to reach the level above. Once up to the second level, scan the area to find some more Silica. Furthermore, this tomb also houses various other chest and resources if your willing to raise and counter-weight the platforms to reach it. At the end you will also find the Tablet for this tomb.

Uab Nome Tombs

Tomb Name: Tomb of the Cynic

Objective: Find the Ancient Tablet

This is the only tomb in Uab Nome and can be located in the west of the region, south of Krokodilopolis. As you enter the tomb, again be prepared as Lions will be waiting for you. Defeat them and scan the area for any Silica before making your way round to the Ancient Tablet.

Desheret Desert Tombs

Tomb Name: Seth-Anat Tomb

Objective: Find the Ancient Tablet

To access the Seth-Anat tomb you must align and clear all of the mirrors in order to successfully bounce the sunlight throughout the canyon. Side note, sandstorms could make this a little more challenging than you would like. If this is the case, just wait for the sandstorm to pass before continuing to align and clear the mirrors.

Once you have completed the above you can then access the Ancient Tablet room, make sure to grab any Silica in this room before moving into the connected tomb.

Tomb Name: Qeneb too Kah’Aiye

Objective: Activate the Ancient Mechanism

When you enter this tomb from the connected Tomb of Seth-Anat make sure to scan the area for Silica. You can also find some chest to loot as well. After completing this go and activate the mechanism.

Giza Tombs

Tomb Name: Tomb of Khufu 

Objective: Find the Ancient Tablet

The Tomb of Khufu is located in the north pyramid of the Great Pyramids of Giza. This tomb is also the location of the main story mission “The Hyena”.  To access the tomb head to the north side of the pyramid and make your way through the dark halls. Eventually, you will reach a fork. Heading left at the fork will lead you to the Ancient Tablet whereas squeezing through the crack on the right takes you to the Ancient Mechanism.

Furthermore, scan the area as you navigate your way through the pyramid to unveil hidden areas or passages.

Tomb Name: Tomb of Khafre

Objective: Find the Ancient Tablet

The second tomb of Giza and be located in the center pyramid of the Great Pyramids of Giza. This tomb is fairly simple to navigate and only has a boat puzzle to solve. Simple stuff really. At the end you will find the Ancient Tablet.

Tomb Name: Tomb of Menkaure

Objective: Find the Ancient Tablet

The final tomb of the Great Pyramids can be found in the smallest of the 3. To enter the tomb, head to the north side of the pyramid. Once inside, you will eventually find yourself inside a room that gives you the impression there’s nowhere left to go. It can be frustrating. However, look above the entrance door to the room you’re in and you will see a hole. Climb through the hole and make your way into the Ancient Tablet room.

Tomb Name: Adorer of Thoth Tomb

Objective: Find the Ancient Tablet

The Adorer of Thoth tomb can be located just west of the Great Pyramids. Once inside you may have a few guards to contend with, there’s also a fairly simple puzzle to solve. After solving the puzzle you can go through to the Ancient Tablet.

Tomb Name: Great Sphinx / Eesfet Oon-M’Aa Poo Tomb

Objective: Activate the Ancient Mechanism

Finally, after completing all tomb locations and the side quest Bayek’s Promise make your way over to the Great Sphinx, which is located just east of the pyramids. Head round to the rear entrance of the Sphinx and crouch your way through the passage.

Once inside, make your way down to the map room and interact with the map of Egypt located in the center of the room. This will unveil a secret passage underneath the map. Continue your way down the passage and into the main chamber, make sure to scan the area as there will be more Silica, which you will need in a moment.

After collecting the Silica make your way up the stone steps and activate the final ancient mechanism for 50 Silica. Once activated, you will automatically unlock the Legendary Isu Armor!
