To begin searching for the Stone Circles in Assassins Creed Origins you must first begin the side-quest Bayek’s Promise. To find this, simply head south/south-west of the “House of Life” located in Siwa and look for the white exclamation point marked on your map. There are a total of 12 stone circles you must find to complete the quest.

1. Amun Stone Circle
The first stone circle you will come across is the Amun Stone Circle, located in the desert just south of Siwa. This is by far the easiest of the 12 stone circle locations to find as you have to travel to this location to start the side-quest Bayek’s Promise.
As stated above, to find this location you need to head to Siwa. Once there venture south/south-west of the House of Life, here you will find the first of the 12 stone circles and also begin the side-quest at the same time.
2. Serqet Stone Circle
Probably the second stone circle you will find throughout your travels in Egypt. The Serqet Stone Circle can be found to the west of Lake Mareotis and just south of the Paraitonion border.
More specifically, it’s located in the top left hand corner of Iment Nome as marked on the map above.
3. Divine Lion Stone Circle
The Divine Lion Stone Circle can also be found within Iment Nome. It’s located near the border of Khensu Nome and North-East of the view point as set on the map above.
4. Taweret Stone Circle
This circle is in Faiyum, located along the shore in the north-west of the region. Alternatively, to keep it simple, the Taweret Stone Circle is just above the “Y” in “Faiyum” on the map.
Bonus: Just to the east of this Stone Circle is a Hippopotamus Lair which also has a chest to loot.
5. Pisces Stone Circle
The Pisces Stone circle can also be found in Faiyum. Located again along the bank of the lake. You can get to this stone circle by either fast travelling to Philadelphia in Faiyum Oasis and crossing the water or by following the bank down south east from the town of Karanis in Faiyum.
6. Apis Stone Circle Location
This circle can be found within the Isolated Desert and along the borders of both Faiyum and Saqqara Nome.
To get to the Apis stone circle you will want to fast travel to Karanis which can be found within Faiyum. From this point it’s just a short trip over the border! It is located along the top of some rocky hills.
7. Goat Fish Stone Circle
Staying in the Isolated Desert, head to the very top left of the region as pictured on the map above. Here you will find the Goat Fish stone circle.
Side note – If your not up to level yet, make sure to avoid the Pissa Oros Citadel which is located along the western edge of the Isolated Desert and to the south of the Goat Fish Stone Circle.
8. Osiris Stone Circle Location
Next, head north out of the Isolated Desert and into the Qattara Depression. Thankfully there’s not a lot going on in this region, so you should be fairly safe if your not up to the recommend 37 – 40 level. However, you may want to keep an eye out for any Bandits roaming around.
The Osiris Stone Circle is located just above the first “A” in “Qattara Depression”.
9. Horus Stone Circle Location
To find the Horus stone circle travel to Uab Nome, it can be found on top of the rock cliff next to a nearby view point. Furthermore, if you look over to your left from the view point, you will see it.
Alternatively, you can also get to the circle by marking the fast travel location on your map and travelling south east from Krokodilopolis or south west from Hermopolis.
10. The Scales Stone Circle
Staying in Uab Nome, head east from the fast travel view point. The Scales Stone Circle can be found near the border of Uab Nome and Haueris Nome as pictured above.
11. The Great Twins Stone Circle
For this circle you will need to head to the White Desert Oasis. The Great Twins stone circle can be found on a small island within a lake that can be found in the region. Alternatively, you can also find it by placing a marker between the letters “H” and “I” in White Desert Oasis.
12. Hathor Stone Circle
The final circle can be found on the isle in Ka-Khem Nome. Once on the isle, the Hathor Stone Circle is roughly located on the center point of the isles east cost and to the southeast of the nearby viewpoint.
To complete the quest Bayek’s Promise after finding all 12 stone circles, you will need to head back to Siwa and visit the Amun Stone Circle for a final time.
Furthermore, completion of this quest also allows you to unlock the Legendary Isu Armor. While the armor itself doesn’t provide any stat boost, it’s still one of the rarest items that can be found in Assassin’s Creed Origins. Also, it looks really cool!
