PlayStation’s State of Play Airs Live On Tuesday!


In an exciting update on PlayStation’s Blog, it has been announced that State of Play will be airing live on Tuesday 24th September 2019 at 1:oopm Pacific Time/ 4:00pm Eastern Time. For gamer’s in the UK this would be 9:00pm. Furthermore, you can watch State of Play live on Twitch, YouTube, Twitter or Facebook as usual.

PlayStation have stated they’re preparing a “hefty show, weighing in at around 20 minutes and sporting a fresh new look”.  It has also been stated that we can expect “some great news”.  New game reveals are expected to be shown during State of Play along with new content from PlayStation’s Worldwide Studios.

A host of other updates will also be included during the live event. However, it is worth noting that there will be no updates regarding any next-gen plans. Sorry to anyone hoping for further news on the PlayStation 5 or any next-gen only titles.

It’s not all bad news though as Naughty Dog have confirmed they will also be present during the event. Many fans are hoping this means a release date may be on the horizon for The Last of Us: Part II.
